Jan-Hinrich Meyer (Ph.D., Maastricht University) is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the IQS School of Management at Universitat Ramon Llull, in Barcelona. His research and teaching centres around consumer behaviour and digital marketing. His work has been published in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research and Health Economics, amongst others. He has consulting experience as a team-leader, as a research analyst and as an advisor for various international health-care companies and multiple international start-up companies from the tech sector. Born and raised in Germany, he has an international perspective by having spent the last 15 years abroad in countries as diverse as the Netherlands, U.S.A, Canada, Mexico and Spain.
